She spent two and a half years at Lenmed private hospital before being given an opportunity to work in the Middle East. The experience in the Bahrain Defence Force Cardiac hospital was enriching. The daily multidisciplinary ward rounds with surgeons, anaethetists and nurses significantly added to her pool of knowledge. She also contributed to continuing education discussions with nurses and mentored students from the University of Bahrain.
Mohini also worked at many private outpatient practices as a locum physiotherapist including the Back Clinic where she refined her skills with back care and chronic pain. She has developed a passion for women's health physiotherapy and is motivated to educate and help women regarding bladder issues, constipation and pelvic pain.
She has presented at various international conferences and appeared through various media channels. She has been in practice for 16 years and has had her private practice for almost 14 years.

Working from a Bio-psycho-social perspective she believes that allows for a broader way of tackling issues and creating insight and awareness to helping people lead better lives. Her private practice experience spans over the past 7 years, working in Centurion, Blairgowrie, Randburg and has since January 2020 joined the Suedewellness Life Resilience Institute in Park town North as part of their Holistic Approach to treatment modalities and as an Independent Practitioner.

As a private practising dietitian Yuri is passionate about preventative care and using nutrition as part of a holistic treatment process. She believes that in understanding your individualised nutritional needs you can make informed decisions, in an effort to perform optimally in all spheres of life. As a Registered Dietitian Yuri will be able to see clients for their nutritional needs from pregnancy, infancy, and childhood through to adulthood and the elderly. By keeping up to date with latest guidelines and emerging nutrition trends she can deliver up to date nutritional advice which is suitable to the client, their lifestyle, culture, environment, and any medical conditions.
Moreover, in addition to traditional methods, she also uses non-weight focussed methods and mindful eating techniques in her practice and enjoys working with clients to improve food relationships e.g. emotional eating.

Yuri is a believer that all foods can fit and, she enjoys being in the kitchen and styling & photographing her creations. She loves trying out new foods and is always up for a road trip or travel to new destinations to learn about and explore new spaces and traditions.

Tasneem has a keen interest in a holistic approach to treating and preventing injuries related to back and neck pain, tension headaches and sports related injuries.
She completed her bachelor’s degree in sports psychology and honours in Biokinetics at the University of Johannesburg, and later completed her sports massage therapy course through HFPA.
She worked at CCDU (Wits student counselling) where she had a very diverse group of
clients and gained a great deal of experience. She has also worked with children at Sparrow remedial school and a small group of undocumented migrant children through the three to six programme.
She is very passionate about the work she does and believes strongly in the therapeutic power of creativity. She loves to see how working creatively allows the client space to express things that may difficult to express otherwise and find different ways of thinking about themselves and the world.

Nombuyiselo has vast experience in the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) industry and has worked for various Leading companies as an EAP Manager. She has developed and successfully implemented EAP programmes in the work place which addressed the needs of the employees and the Employer. Nombuyiselo has passion for content development, research and training.
Nombuyiselo has served as an executive member of EAPA (Employee Assistance Professionals Association) Ikhala Chapter in a portfolio of a deputy chairperson. In year 2018, Nombuyiselo became a speaker in EAPSA National Conference where she presented on a need to integrate spirituality into multicultural counselling. Nombuyiselo has also qualified as a Fatigue Management Specialist and has conducted fatigue management training and couching for various companies. She is also a qualified HIV master trainer, Gender equity master trainer and has completed a short course on comprehensive HIV/AIDS Care, Treatment and Management with University of Pretoria. She is passionate about training, management consulting and Counselling.
Since obtaining her specialist degree in paediatrics Sonia has joined our practice. She is an attentive and empathetic paediatrician who aims to provide our patients with the highest level of care while addressing physical, behavioural and developmental health concerns. Her areas of interest include neonatology, endocrinology, pulmonology, allergy and neurodevelopment.
