Sue, a seasoned physiotherapist with over a decade of experience, began her career in 2007 at Newcastle Provincial Hospital before moving to Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital in Johannesburg. After gaining diverse experience in South Africa’s public sector, she expanded her expertise internationally in the middle east before founding PhysioWellness in 2013. Committed to holistic wellness, Sue’s practice prioritizes musculoskeletal health and patient education. Her success is rooted in adaptability and a passionate team ethos.

Indeera holds a Bachelor’s in Advanced Nursing Practice, with expertise in Midwifery, Paediatrics, and Nursing Education. With 39 years of diverse nursing experience, including management roles and HIV counseling, she’s a dynamic individual committed to holistic healthcare. She’s adept at hospital setup, COHSASA accreditation, and Occupational Health Safety management. Now transitioning to the wellness sector, she continues her quest for knowledge in healthcare.

Dr. Sonia da Silva, MBBCh graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand, earned cum laude for dual psychology degrees focusing on child psychology. Following her internship at Charlotte Maxeke Academic Johannesburg Hospital, she pursued her passion in general pediatrics and newborn care during her community service year. As an empathetic pediatrician, she prioritizes comprehensive care, specializing in neonatology, endocrinology, pulmonology, allergy, and neurodevelopment. Joining our practice, Sonia ensures the highest standards of care for our patients’ physical, behavioral, and developmental health needs.

DRAMA THERAPIST
Hutton, an HPCSA registered Drama Therapist, holds degrees in drama, psychology, and a PGCE from Rhodes University, along with Honours and a Masters in Drama Therapy from Wits University. With a diverse background, she offers therapeutic services to both children and adults, specializing in anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and learning challenges. Passionate about the transformative power of creativity, she fosters a supportive environment where clients can freely express themselves and explore new perspectives.
